I gathered the grapes and began preparations for a Trockenbeerenauslese (TBA). The results speak for themselves.
Boasting nearly 200 g/L of residual sugar, this dessert wine is, simply put, epic. It's enormous and demands your complete attention. The nose just runs down the list of tropical fruit, stone fruit, and all sorts of candies. Violet flowers and honeysuckle too! The palate is like tasting the sun. My mouth is watering just writing this description. Normally, I would recommend stashing some in the cellar for a couple of decades, but I defy you to find me the person with that kind of willpower.
